The Future of ReFactory
Hello everyone! We’ve got some sad news for you, since September 15 the ReFactory development has been frozen indefinitely.
What happened?
ReFactory was developed at the expense of investors. At the beginning of 2022, the world situation has changed drastically, forcing our business angels to cut costs. In addition, the company was not able to receive income from sales of the game due to sanctions.
We’ve been hoping for a quick resolution of the situation and intended to keep the development team and the project. The work was going on, and a massive update was released in summer.
Now what?
The company had to cut the number of the development team due to lack of funding.
We are very sorry that our small company has not been able to overcome these circumstances.
We created ReFactory with love for space, logic mechanics, science fiction and for the sake of games. You will find all this stuff in the project. And we hoped that ReFactory would stand out among pay-to-win games.
We still have a huge but not yet implemented plan for the development and improvement of the game. We apologize that we will not be able to implement either yours or even our many ideas to improve the project in the near future.
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to keep up our studio and the team.
What’s next?
ReFactory will continue to live! The game will be available on all platforms — Steam, Google Play, App Store, App Gallery, VK and on our website https://re-factory.ru/
Game support is working as usual, nevertheless the team has been reduced to a minimum. We will do our best to fix critical bugs. Your suggestions are still being collected on Discord so we can implement them when possible. In addition, perhaps we will add support for some other languages to the game.

It's time to say "thank you" to everyone who created ReFactory: wrote the code, drew art, created 3D models, commented on the news, wrote their ideas for the development of the project and, finally, purchased the game - we developed ReFactory together!
